Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

• A Passed matric or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Enthusiasm for retail and a passion for helping customers
